Orders and delivery

How long will my order take?

5–8 business days from order to doorstep: 1–2 business days to prepare and dispatch, then 4–6 business days in transit.

How much is shipping?

Standard is $4.99, and free on orders of $35.00 or more. The exact rate shows at checkout before you pay.

Where is my tracking number?

It is emailed 1–2 business days after you order, once the parcel is handed to the carrier — not on the day you buy. Check spam first. Carriers can take another 48 hours to log the first scan.

Where do you ship?

The 48 contiguous states and Washington DC. We cannot reach Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands or military APO/FPO addresses, and we do not ship outside the United States.

Can I change my address after ordering?

Email us within 12 hours and we will fix it. After that the parcel has usually gone.

Returns and refunds

What is your returns window?

30 days from delivery. Items need to be unused and in their original packaging.

Something arrived broken. What now?

Send a photo within 48 hours and we replace it or refund you in full, shipping included. Keep the broken one — do not post it back.

Who pays return postage?

We do, if the item is faulty, damaged or wrong. You do, if you simply changed your mind.

When do I get my money back?

Within 5–10 business days of approval, back to the card or wallet you paid with. We email you when it is sent.

The toys themselves

Are these safe for children?

Yes. Everything is non-toxic and rated for ages 3 and up unless the product page says otherwise. Some items contain small parts, so children under 3 should not play with them unsupervised.

How do I clean a squishy?

Wipe with a damp cloth, or rinse with mild soap and let it air dry fully. Do not put squishies in a dishwasher or washing machine.

My slime has gone hard or sticky. Can I fix it?

Store slime in its sealed pot after every play. Sticky slime usually recovers with a few minutes in a cool room; hardened slime is past saving, so keep the lid on.
