Terms of service

These terms govern your use of giggleloot.com and anything you buy from us. Placing an order means you accept them. GiggleLoot is a trading name of Seller Sprint LLC, registered in California, United States.

1. Who may buy

You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian’s permission, to order. Our toys are for ages 3 and up unless the product page says otherwise, and some contain small parts. Young children need adult supervision.

2. Products and descriptions

We describe every item as accurately as we can and photograph the real product. Colours vary slightly between screens, and small variation in moulded items is normal. If an item is materially different from its description, the refund policy applies.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and exclude tax and shipping, both shown at checkout before you pay. We may change prices at any time but never after you have ordered. Payment is taken through our payment provider; we never see or store your full card details.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we email your confirmation. We may decline or cancel — refunding you in full — if an item is out of stock, a price or description was obviously wrong, or we suspect fraud.

5. Promotions and discount codes

Discount codes are one use per customer unless stated otherwise, cannot be combined, have no cash value and may be withdrawn at any time. Automatic quantity discounts apply as shown on the product page at the time you buy.

6. Shipping and risk

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. See the Shipping Policy for detail.

7. Returns

8. Intellectual property

Everything on giggleloot.com — text, photographs, video, logo and page design — belongs to Seller Sprint LLC or is used with permission. You may not reuse it commercially without our written consent.

9. Acceptable use

Do not use this site to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape it automatically, or to resell our products as your own without a written agreement.

10. Reviews and submissions

If you send us a review, photo or video you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to publish it alongside our products. Do not send anything you do not own, or that shows another person without their consent.

11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to an order is limited to what you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

12. Indemnity

You agree to cover our reasonable costs if a claim arises from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes are subject to the courts of San Diego County, California.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published when you order is the one that applies to that order.
