Your tracking number is emailed 3–5 business days after you order, as soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier. Total delivery time is 7–12 business days.
How to track
- Open the dispatch email and click the tracking link, or
- Copy the tracking number into the carrier’s own website
Nothing is showing yet
Two things are normal in the first week: no email for the first few days while the parcel is being prepared, and no scan for up to 48 hours after that. Neither means your parcel is lost.
Cannot find the email?
Check your spam folder first. Still nothing? Email support@giggleloot.com with your order number and we will resend it and check the parcel for you.
Tracking has not moved for over a week
Email us. If tracking has been still for 10 business days we replace the order or refund it in full — you do not have to argue with the carrier yourself.
